"Dear All, I would like to share my first Impressions with the academy, so this may help others to decide. To be honest, I was not expecting to much from the present state. I have spend much more than 7 days on the piano already so nothing to gain here, right? No!
I decided to do this from the start. And from the very beginning, there was new information. Sometimes tiny bits that broadens my understanding. But more and more prep-work that would have made my life easier if I would have known that from the start. In retrospective I can judge this, because I know where I have struggled; what took a lot of time to get right. I just finished day 2. Only day 2 out of 7. And I have found exercises I benefit from even now. Actually, there was a little challenge involved at the end.
I have looked at many teachers, online, books, in person and even bought a German course curriculum. The courses I have bought are awful. The real live teacher was not good, the book quite ok, many of those who give pieces away for free on youTube to attract customers (nothing wrong with that) are really bad, some may have there use, only a few are great. Among them who are great, one has to pick the style of teaching that suits his style of learning the best. For me it's Josef. And that is not just the way he teaches, the methods he uses. It is the dedication to deliver real value, the support you give."
